‘Mild to wild' – we offer a tailored service for weddings, events, parties and outside catering, be it hunting down the latest happening venue, handwriting place cards in beautiful script, orchestrating the most theatrical of entertainers, or creating sumptuous environments in which to seduce you with our food. We pride ourselves on our ‘can do' attitude.

Our eclectic range of tempting food includes canapés for cocktail hour, the drama of live cooking and animated food stations, classic dinners or hearty food in the hand. Our menus are vibrant, fresh and always appropriate to the occasion. We tailor everything we do and are never formulaic.

Whilst we are known for our contemporary focus, we are equally at home with the grand and glamorous, rustic and refined, risqué or reserved.

Our past experiences have seen us venture from the grandest palaces in the land to the funkiest nightspots in town. Our numbers have ranged from 2 to 4,000!
