We can also help you organise your evening's entertainment and reserve rooms for your guests at special rates. Once you have signed the order and paid the deposit you can relax in the knowledge the booking has been made.

Holiday Inn London-Shepperton can offer you our fabulous modern banqueting suite, offering the use of two superb rooms suitable for an intimate lunch or a wedding breakfast. Whilst being the premier hotel in the area, we can also guarantee to be excellent value for money. Holiday Inn London-Shepperton values your wedding day as much as you do, so we have made a decision that we will only host one wedding on any given day.

THE HAMPTON SUITE - Our superb modern and air-conditioned Banqueting Suite, decorated and finished to the highest standard, is ideal for a reception and evening entertainment. Situated on the ground floor, it has nearby access to doors leading to the Terrace and is complete with its own bar. It will accommodate up to 100 people for the wedding breakfast with capacity for a further 60 guests to join in the evening entertainment.

THE OLD WINDSOR ROOM - An attractive, fully air-conditioned, light airy room situated on the ground floor of the main building, opposite The Hampton Suite. This room has direct access onto the beautifully landscaped gardens. The ideal location for your reception drinks, this room can also be used for your evening buffet as well as a quiet lounge in which to relax.
